I am sure it's in the manual - where can I find how to do it?

Are you referring to "influence areas" for defining Axis and Allied territory? They are defined using the influence area translator (pg. 265), but this was not working when I wrote the manual and it's working now.

Hey - quick edit for the manual:

• Select an existing edit point, press Ctrl, and click nearby and outside inside the influence
  area to add a new edit point.
