I purchased through pre-release on Steam...now where is it?

Steam says I have automatically got it today from my purchase last week & entry of my key code then, but I can't find it in my library.Does anyone have a clue?

It's a DLC inside IL-2  Sturmovik Cliff of Dover Blitz.

 

Run IL-2  Sturmovik Cliff of Dover Blitz and you'll find all the new planes and the Tobruk Map.

Its listed as DLC for Cliff Blitz, not a separate item
