idk, i find most new things arrive 10am pacific time, so I wouldn't be worried yet (which I think is the official release time anyway - 5pm GMT)

it's here now on steam....just don't do anything else with your computer to give steam a chance to determine that it is there and it is okay to download (often if you are busy on the computer, things can be delayed by a bit, I have found, lol ).
