Co-op squadron interaction

So me and a couple friends have been loving the Co-op campaigns made through PWCG, but we have an idea that none of us can figure out. What I want to do is set 1 or 2 people in a bomber squadron, another 1 or 2 in a fighter squadron, and then play escort for them. Is there a way to force PWCG to generate missions so that your fighters will always be escorting/patrolling a specific bomber squadron?

No.  What you would have to do is ignore your mission and be the escort.  Of course the AI escort will also be the escort, but you could join in.  PWCG wouldn't care.
