Mistery point tracer  ; could be a missile ?

A tracer? Like if it was someone popping a round via a pre-planned but completely random hopeful impact into an existing fire containing HiEx? Jesus. And no, it isn't a missile. It is however cooked off fireworks igniting prior to the explosion when the fire was being actively fought. Even the Lebanese Government has confirmed this.

The Internet doesn't make you stupid. It only makes your stupidity more accessible to others.

It’s really much easier to ask why would anyone drop a bomb on that area of Beirut?  Right on top of an already existing bomb.  In this, and so many other cases, the conspiracy theories are just moronic nonsense.

Indeed.

Man I just ran into some alt right trolls on discord. It's all conspiracy conspiracy conspiracy without any actual thought with regards to motive or logic or alternative much simpler explanations (as clearly is the case here). It's really annoying. Agreed this should just be moderated into oblivion. The victims deserve better.

And whole slews of moronical idiots (via FB, Reddit, and 4CHN) whom have never advanced beyond HS and or have no experience in HiEx are all claiming it was Trump via a covert CIA operation. That conspiracy is pervasive and everywhere, regardless of political affiliation. Though the left is hardcore on the concept of 'we're responsible'.

EDIT - I've been doing this s#&t for almost 18 years now and I can tell you and everyone else this isn't an explosive device. This isn't an airstrike via a bomb or missile, this is a chem det and subsequent cook-off of stored mats.

It gets even more confusing than that.

Remember the World Press Photo 2007 with rich young people cruising throug a bombed and shattered Beirut in their fancy convertible and making pictures of the misery?

That is some decent chick-to-dude ratio.

I should get a red Mini convertible, too.

Flew over Beirut in DCS Syria map.
just to see how close things are to the port. No wonder damage was huge and a lot of people dead or wounded
