Stuka machine guns don't fire after releasing bomb

I have a problem where if I drop a bomb my keybind to shoot the machine guns simply doesn't do anything, working perfectly fine before the drop but not after. Is this a feature of the aircraft or is this not meant to happen? Thanks

this should not happen, but I was not able to reproduce it (tested in quick mission).

Some more information would be helpful to solve this problem for you.

 

In what circumstances happened it? - Does it happen in every setting (missions, quick mission, multiplayer) ?

Do you use mods?  (If so please deactivate them and try again)

What happens if you use default keybinding (in case you kept it in the first row of the keybinding settings)?

Does it still happen after restarting the game ? (if so please try to check games integrity)

It seems to happen in both aircraft I have tried with it, the 109 F4 and the Stuka obviously, and it seems to happen in every flight I do. I do not use mods and it is a recurring problem whenever I play, a screenshot of my key bindings is here:

 

Also do the guns want reloading after a bomb is dropped?

Button 0 is the trigger, I have a logitech 3d pro

Try keybinding your button to also fire using the different weapon groups rather than 'fire all guns' and see what happens.

Glad to hear it. Though 'fire all guns' should still work, especially if it works before dropping bombs, but not afterward. Possibly a bug.
