tank crew, some questions?

Tank crew Q.

1. How does it work if i buy tankcrew now in IL-2 store (have linked my steam account to IL-2) will i get it on steam upon release or how does it work?

2. Can i start IL-2 sturmovik in steam and then have access to all the tanks now or do i need to start the game from diffrent application? 

3. Someone know when the steam release of tank crew is?

1. You can add it manually on steam (if you have Tank Crew only). If you have bought IL-2 FB/anything else you can just launch it via steam normally and you have access to TC as well
