hausnm Posted July 25, 2020 Posted July 25, 2020 Hello, today I flew on Kuban Map. Over an airfield there was a building. It appeared sometimes and sometimes it was gone. My alt was about 2500 m. On lower alt the building did not disapear anymore. did anybody have the same effects in vr ? how can i solve it. is it an visibility range issue ? thank you for your help. by the way: I use opencomposite vr, not steam vr anymore.
40plus Posted July 25, 2020 Posted July 25, 2020 Are you talking about objects disappearing when you look away only to pop back in a split second after you look in their direction again? Or do they disappear for extended periods of time? I've experienced the first and it's annoying. 1
jollyjack Posted July 25, 2020 Posted July 25, 2020 Is this a VR thing? Is that with a certain mission or campaign? To do with a linked entry Block object? BTW I have not noticed it, but i use a TrachHat (sometimes).
hausnm Posted July 25, 2020 Author Posted July 25, 2020 They suddenly disappear and the next moment they pop off again. But not all objects, mostly one or two. It was on a free flight over kuban map. The closer I get to the ground.....and it remains, no more pop off, pop on
1CGS -DED-Rapidus Posted July 28, 2020 1CGS Posted July 28, 2020 This solution exists to remove the load from the GPU, the maximum zoom can be used to search for targets with fortifications and airfield infrastructure. This solution requires a more complete study as it affects the optimization of the game. 1
