There are just so many Questions.

1. Do they Wipe? If so, how?
2. What Shape would at Toilet be?
3. Could they even Control when and where?
4. Shape? Apples or Sausages?
5. What even is their Diet? I would guess Human, but
6. Which Part of their Body is Lungs, which is Digestion or do they have two Complete Sets?
7. Do they also have two Hearts, or just one and where?
8. Do they Sleep in Beds or Stalls or Upright?
9. Spooning, between the Arms and Front Legs or Front Legs and Rear Legs?

And so many more.

1: Bidets are very popular with Centaurs.

3. They can control it - if one is pooping in your front yard, he's got beef with you for sure.
4-5. Depends on what they eat. They have an intelligent digestive tract that separates grass and roughage from human food using a kind of slimy, muscly hamster wheel, directing it to the rumen if it needs to be digested that way, otherwise defaulting to a human stomach. 
6. They have lungs for the upper body, providing oxygenation for the brain, and a secondary set of lungs in the horse's body to deal with all that horsy muscles. When they're running they gulp air like lung fish to make sure they're intaking enough to power both sets of lungs.
7. They also have two hearts, one dedicated for blood flow to the human brain, the other dedicated to powering the horsy bits. That dedicated hearT/lungs is why Chiron was considered so wise. no thinking done with the other head.
8. They have a stall with a little folding resting platform for the human bit to flop down on. Or they just curl up in the grass.
9. If you got yourself a centaur significant other I would say that's between you and them.
