Recommendations please: VR headset for use with Flying Circus.

I am anxious to buy, and set up a VR headset for use with Flying Circus (direct download, not playing off of STEAM).

 

My system specs are this:

 

Intel i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz

16.0GB RAM

64-bit operating system, x64based processor

 

Graphics Card:

 

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super

 

1.        I believe my rig will be able to run a VR system.  Yes or No?

 

2.       With my current system, what is recommended for great VR experience with Flying Circus?
