Can I ask what the issue with the frame-rate is?

A number of the videos posted are in-game, in-cockpit track records rather than cinemas. A few DW tracks of 1v1 quick missions might help to showcase improvements in AI capabilities anticipated to be included with TF 5.0.

Didn't look off to me, but probably the standard video framerate issues - PC not fully handling screen recording at a good bitrate and running CloD at the same time causing framerate loss, I don't know what Maru's PC specs are but I have experienced some fps issues in many sims over the years due to recording, I'm sure you have too Mystic. It could also be the exported video is not at the same framerate as the recorded video or the recorded video is not at the same framerate that the game is running at or both of the above.
