Laptop and VR

I am new in VR and i have 

I have this laptop  with these requirement: 

 

- Comet lake i7-10750H+HM470)

-  DDR IV 8GB*2 (2666MHz)

-  GeForce® RTX 2070, GDDR6 8GB

- 17.3" FHD (1920*1080), IPS-Level 144Hz 72%NTSC Thin Bezel, close to 100%sRGB

 

 

 

Is it nice to try the VR with these settings?

How many fps could i get? 

 

It will be very demanding for the laptop?

Great machine by looking at the specs ... the amount of RAM might be the only limiting factor, get an extra 8GB?

PS what brand laptop?
