Link custom skins to official skins

I've been thinking about this for a while but I'm not sure if it's been brought up before. I was thinking about adding the possibility to link a custom skin to an official one.

E.g if you make a winter skin you can choose which skin other players see if they don't have your skin installed. That way your custom winter skin could appear as an official winter skin for everyone else too.

+1 as well. This is the leading reason I don’t like using custom skins, I know I’ll look like any plane Jane to any other player.
