High ping in server

I'm from Asia so those popular servers are quite far away from me,  does it affect everyone in server when i join in ?

It effects guy whos trying to shoot at you if you have to high ping. I think up to 150-200 should be ok, but game have popular servers in europe or america so its not like you have any options, ppl play with 300+ pings and dont mined how they look to others, there is no other options for them if no popular server close by.

I ask this because i just got a bunch of warning message from about time out (or something, can't remember) while i attack a truck convoy with gunpods Ju 87.

Its messages that show up when your bullet data is delayed, it shows seconds also by how mutch, its combo of heavy mission on server (many objects or action in area) your net speed and ping. If they happend only to you then its not problem on server, its like you think your high ping and maybe low net speed. If guy attacks you, he would see that he is hitting you but you show no damage and then after some time you would just fall apart, if its you attacking ground units you would see your hitting them but no damage to them and then after some time they explode, your bullet hits are delayed.
