Ship option unavailable

Hi,

when i start à Quick mission the ship option in the menu  is unavailable. I cannot click on it?all the other options are ok. 

any help so,appreciate. Thanks in advance

Some maps do not have ships as targets. Moscow for example has no ship targets.

Some maps do not have ships as targets. Moscow for example has no ship targets.

This is not quite correct. Whether you have ships available depends on your starting point. When you start a quick mission in the north east of the Moscow map, you have ship targets available. Only when starting further away from the ship's locations, the ships are not availabe, as it is called Quick Missions, not fly half of the map to somewhen reach your target missions

See Yogi's answer here, he is correct. I admit I never really did a lot of quick missions on Moscow map, just noted the locations I chose didn't have the ship option available. Mostly I do QMs on Bodenplatte or Kuban.
