I have FPS selected in Steam, but it doesn't display when I run the game. The game runs well on my system; I'm just curious as to why it doesn't display. It displays in The Battle of Stalingrad. ?

I found the setting. It's in my Nvidia GeForce Experience. You go into the 'in game overlay' settings and then HUD settings. There you can turn FPS on and off and change the corner of the screen you want it to display in. ?

Can also bring up the game´s own console and then type: fps START/STOP SHOW respectively.

While in game, open the console (usually <Shift>+<Tab>, see Options, Controls, Keys, Category “Game”, “Activate Console”) and type appropriate command (case sensitive!)

fps START SHOW

fps STOP HIDE

then press enter and close console (same key combo as open) again.

Sure that works just like in 2011. Question is why is it not possible after all these years to have FPS ON/OFF as a menu option or key press.

You can make an input to RCU file defining keystroke for on/off.

Alias, option that are available in the old IL-2 Sturmovik:1946.

When CloD was (disastrous) released, performance are too worst that they prefer hidden this FPS access. ?

Right, as if no one was going to download an FPS counter/find a way to display that information in a game back in 2011.

When it comes to Steam, the FPS counter works as long as you have the Steam overlay enabled for Blitz.
