I have the CH combatstick, pro throttle, and pedals. IL 2 is  allowing me to key map the throttles and flight stick, but not seeing the pedals. I spoke with the CH guys and they told me to remove the CH manager and restart the computer. The CH manager will not work with windows 10 they said. We looked under the computer's apps settings and were able to see the pedals were working and the computer was tracking the movements. But IL 2 is still not responding to the pedals or allowing me to assign them to yaw or brakes. What do you think I should do?

I have almost the same setup, (a throttle quadrant instead of the throttle pro), and I know there Is some weird issue. I mapped my rudder and toebrakes. But if I want to change the deadzones and sensitivitiy from INSIDE the game, i dont se mouvment on the toebrakes axis, i can use them, and they work fine. But cant see the axis setup moving.

Also I think you can edit some file where the keybindings are stored.

So if your stick is Joy0, the throttle is Joy1, you can maybe add joy2 (the peddals) and each axis to it's function

Like joy2_xaxis_left_toe_brake

  joy2_yaxis_right_toe_brake

Serch the fórum, I'm sure there is More info arround

You may also want to delete data/input/devices. If you ran the game with CH Manager installed, this may be wrong, and deleting it lets the game figure out your new devices. I had some similar issues early on when I was getting my rig set back up and deleting this helped.

(FYI, I use Control Manager on my Windows 10 computer, and the only issue I have is that often upon launching Control Manager I will find the Off Mode, Direct Mode, and Mapped Mode buttons greyed out. Hitting the Windows key and typing STORE will open the Microsoft Store, which in turn brings back those three buttons.)

When you download a map with Control Manager, is it then setting it to "Mapped" mode?  All of my CH devices work fine in Mapped mode.

My CH control manager is working fine with my fighter stick and pedals.

I do get the grayed out issue if the program that controls RGB lighting on the components starts before the CH software.

You need to check your power settings.

Some other software, like that microsoft store or in my case Aorus RGB fusion, is taking over the USB hub.

Then, your pedals are working OK, so your issue is in game assignments.

Generally this is solved renaming the file "devices.txt" in game folder, when you start the game will be created a new, without old conflicts.

Forget that Manager - unless perhaps for calibration, pedals don't need this for work as pedals, neither the game for recognize the pedals.
