Like the Tempest Mk V is correct for Normandy time period.

It was^^

The version of the Typhoon that we get won't have the car door. So the design will be similar to the existing  Tempest bubble canopy that we have ingame.

Using the bubble is a good choice, unless you're into the bondage-dungeon feeling of the P-39.

I'm wondering, whether we'll get the three- or four-bladed prop.

My vote would be three blades for looks and for setting it a bit more apart from the Tempest...

More blades is more betterer. Everyone knows that.

Four blades were required for the enlarged upgraded tailplane and for carrying 1000lb bombs.

Why would the former be? CoG issues?

Pulling power and reduced take off distance.

I think someone should do a non-binding poll :Car door or bubble. I’d vote car door or make it an option.I feel the bubble cockpit interior will be quite similar to the Tempest  cockpit we already have, but that’s just me...

You want to do that? It'd be good to include a picture and pros/cons for each.

Honestly, I suspect that development is probably too far along to influence things at this point... but it'd still be interesting to discuss.

I do wonder if there is an argument for an early Typhoon and an early Spit IX at some point (e.g. closer to their introduction dates). It'd be fun to catch that very brief period in 1942 where there were still a few Bf-109F in France for them to encounter!

I like odd planes. This is why I would like to have the alternative of the one chosen by the devs. Always it seems. Tiffy will not be like US planes, (“look at me, I have rockets and bombs, I am so good”)

It will be either bombs or rockets. I do not mind if I cannot bring a long 1000 lb bomb. I am with Blitzen, I like to have a different version to what we have

Would the Pilot be on full oxygen mask all the time since the Typhoon was know to get exhaust fumes into the cockpit.

"The first production Typhoons began to enter RAF service with No. 56 Squadron in September 1941. They were operational from May 1942. But soon after the deliveries it became apparent that the Typhoon still had flaws, some serious and some minor. Fatigue failure at a rear fuselage joint was responsible for the loss of the complete tail units of an alarming number of planes. Carbon monoxide leaking into the cockpit was blamed for a fatal crash in November 1941. Though the cockpit sealing was improved, the fumes were never fully eradicated, and Typhoon pilots had to fly with oxygen masks in place."
