Is there a quick way to create or join a coop Tank Crew server?

I just had a quick look and it seems like I have to create my own scenarios to host a Tank Crew multiplayer coop or dogfight server?

I was interested in quickly trying multiplayer coop with a friend as either part of my tanks crew or beside each other in our own separate tanks.

 

I do not see any servers. Is there a way of filtering which servers support tanks? Are their supposed to be official TC servers?
