Qualification system idea to gain acess to varios stations methodology

I had an idea that would grant you access to various stations in the tank. I took this from Red Orchestra 2 and added my own ideas. At the moment you do a lot of the driving aspect, although "no hand holding" is in effect I tend to ram houses or junk cars ( but don't worry I didn't drive it into the river yet). So we'd like to gain access to the other stations mentioned. To do so, we need to pass a training test. If the player achieves the objectives in it, he or she will be able to move to that station in the tank if they wish. The driver station will also need to pass a training test which will need to cover starting up, moving through a course, parking, shut down, don't forget warmup. Various instruments in the tank. The qualification system will give us an excellent familiarization with the machine instead of just pressing buttons on the keyboard hoping its the right one all the time. Also the qualification system can be re-taken at any time if you wish to score more points and gain a higher award.

I like this idea for a tutorial campaign. A campaign that gets you ribbons for multiplayer that indicate what stations you are competent at... or at least have completed the training on. Is their a tank crew manual for each vehicle in tank crew is what I was wondering. I want to learn about the sights and how to use them currently. I could look up the real tank manuals I guess.

No thanks. The quick mission generator is perfect if you want to learn a particular crew station without being in combat.
