Plane and Equipment Unlocks

I personally think that people should have the option of choosing whether everything should already be unlocked, or if you should unlock planes and equipment. I really love progressing through games and "unlocking" things. I feel like I'm progressing. I just got the game, and this was something that really attracted me. But when I launched it, the option was gone. This honestly upset me as I was really looking forward to it. I think that you should have the option to unlock everything, or start with everything already unlocked.
