Anti-aliasing

I have a question for multiplayer online servers . Single player looks fine . 

Is the Anti analysing working i have it set too X 4 high settings but i see lots of jag's and the terrain looks washed out and very blurry . 

43" ultra 4k TV. HDMI. res 2560 x 1400
