Way to go CanadaOne, nice giveaway and limiting it to those with few badges is a class move I think.

 

Interestingly, here's how the entries break down - if I learned anything here, it's that a) people naturally gravitate towards the mean average with a high degree of precision,  and b) never choose "8" as the winning number, unless it's something that you're in a real hurry* to get rid of...  ?

 

 

* "hurry", get it?  Hurricane... hurry ... heh heh.  I'll see myself out...
