Simple, yet very beneficial graphics upgrade for all FW-190 Antons

Hello Devs:

Please copy and paste Dora's canopy "divider" into all other FW190 variants.

It is a relatively simple change, yet it will go a long way towards improving cockpit graphics quality, and therefore immersion.

And as a bonus it will benefit a huge number of aircraft, covering all the possible variants of FW190 A-3, A5 and A8.

Therefore I think that in this case the benefit/cost ratio is very high, and warrants having a serious look at this request.

I hope you can accommodate this request and thanks in advance for considering it.

Do developers (or other people from 1C Company) look at those threads ?

If so, it would be nice to get a simple acknowledgement from time to time, so we know they are engaged with the community.

It's not as simple as "copy and paste" because the texture coordinates for that part are different.

We know they read stuff; it's just not feasible to meaningfully respond to every request.

 

This is a topic that has been discussed before and we have already seen responses.

Yes.  They see these threads but don't usually comment in them.  They are very engaged in the community, but they cannot just import someone else's work into an official update.  Jason recently expressed this in another mod thread.  If I trip over it I will post it here.

Bottom line, I wouldn't expect an official response.  

Edit:. I see you were not asking for a mod to be added in this case.  I misunderstood.

This isn't someone else's work.

It's the stock Dora's divider that is much better than the stock Anton's divider.
