Has anyone experienced AI taking off with insufficient airspeed and crash on takeoff?

The VPP distance is maxed out (the East - West length of Plantlunne), it also seems that AI struggle to taxi on grass.

 

Solved: 1st waypoint altitude was to close to the airfield to attain safely. As a result, an unsafe AoA at takeoff was calculated.
