Possible to Change Aircraft in Squadron

I am looking to change the P47 to the P39 in the 48th FG. How would I go about doing this or adding another squadron entirely. I changed out the aircraft but got an error "pwcg.core.exception.PWCGException: No older planes found for archtype p39l1"
