If...that's supposed to be a question then i guess the answer is - it's server dependant setting. After the great "f*ckup" of letting the ai be self sufficient after "fire at will" command since 2nd to last update - i guess most servers turned off that ability. Which annoys me greatly since i manually commanded AI gunner like in single player and loved it, oh well.
