I'd like to know about promised adaptation of new kind AntiAliasing in Tobruk expansion.

Will it be? If yes, will it come to Blitz with this expansion also?

Yes, the new AA will be included in both the new TOBRUK dlc and and in a patch which updates BLITZ.
