'The Battle of Aachen' Mission 5 - Panther vs Sherman

Last night your Company of Panther tanks moved into the city of Aachen. Today you would attack the US 9^th Army spearhead taking out their tanks and artillery. The Luftwaffe would supply both air and ground support.

Mission notes: Command your Tank platoons carefully. Use ‘dead ground’ as much as possible, fire from a ‘hull down’ position and don’t become ‘sky lined’! Remember sight your enemy first and fire first, using your superior firepower. Watch out for the Ambush?

Nice mission.  I half expected to crest the first rise beyond the railroad tracks and find a brace of M4’s on the reverse slope......
