I am seeing that there are certain campaigns that have ICONS that paint the map with TEXT, and super interesting FORMS, do you know how I can reproduce it?

It's a Flash overlay. See this post for details.

 

Note that you can make the arrows, front line, and the oval area using icon translators (arrows are on pg. 258 in the editor manual).
