Not too clued up on IL2 mods and user created content.

 

Just wondering if there are any recommended SP dynamic missions/campaigns out there worth trying out.

Dynamic? Probably not. But there are many scripted SP campaigns. See link below. More can be found in the Tank Crew Forum.

You may want to consider PWCG. It is a great campaign generator but they aren't completely dynamic. See link below.
