Guest deleted@210880 Posted June 29, 2020 Posted June 29, 2020 As there's no timeskip in single player and I tend to fly alone in MP I've had a desire to be able to play music or other audio whilst flying. My previous softwareused a fair bit of cpu and so I didn't use it. However the other day I decided to invetigate other options and found foobar2000. This uses a tiny amount of CPU and in tests so far on and offline seems to have no adverse effects for me. So if you want to listen to White Zombie (or whatever) whilst blowing up Panzers in an Il2 give it a go. The developers for it strongly suggest getting it direct from their site to avoid any malware or add ons that affect performance, and I beleive that site is: https://www.foobar2000.org/ It took me a few minutes to figure out how to use it but I like it so far.
GOA_AveFenix506*VR* Posted June 29, 2020 Posted June 29, 2020 Hi.. another good option is Stealth Player , which work without visual interface and reduce alot the cpu consuming.. here is the link: https://sourceforge.net/projects/stealthplayer/ -S- Karaya.
Guest deleted@210880 Posted July 14, 2020 Posted July 14, 2020 (edited) I've found this website that provides albums of 20s 30s 40s music of various styles. https://www.pastperfect.com/ It was buy 2 get one free so now I have 3 albums of 'mood' music from the time; it worked well flying a mission just now (in CLoD admittedly), very nice feeling to fly to old Jazz and blues. All their albums are listed in full on youtube too by the looks of it so you can check them out before buying. Edited July 14, 2020 by deleted@210880
