Is this for yourself or as a gift...?

 

It is a digital purchase - so there's no physical copy.

 

If it's for yourself, you just need to go to the store https://il2sturmovik.com/store/flying-circus/ , add Flying Circus to your cart and go through the checkout process. If it's a gift, you'll need to make sure whoever you're purchasing it for has an IL-2 account set-up so you can add them as the recipient of the gift. It will appear in their profile under License Keys.

Actually, the recipient doesn't need to have an account set up before you purchase it.  Just purchase it on an account you create and give the recipient the user name and password you create the account with when you give the game to them.  Alternatively, you can purchase the game for yourself and not activate and "gift" the copy when you purchase it.  Just purchase it as a "gift" as opposed for your own use.  After you tell them of the gift, have them set up an account for themselves and then transfer the license to their account using the mechanism for doing that in your account.  Just don't activate your purchase yourself.
