Could you please list your computer specs? CPU, RAM, Graphics card (and driver version number) and your windows version. If your game is crashing like that it may be an improper install or an issue with your Windows Install, or maybe a driver issue. You can check the Windows Event Viewer, whenever Il-2 shuts down unexpectedly it should have an entry there with a time stamp. If there is a problem with a windows or game file being corrupted, not existing, or something like that, there should be an error code. If you find something like that post it and maybe we can figure out the issue. You can also contact support here: https://il2sturmovik.com/support/ . They can be a while getting back to you sometimes so I would make a report of your problem (with your specs and other relevant info) so that you can enter the queue. In the meantime post your findings here as well, and if it is an easy fix maybe I or someone else can help you a bit.
jollyjack Posted June 30, 2020 Posted June 30, 2020 Your windows version? Laptop? Where's the game installed? If only the game crashes it probably has to do with DirectX, run DXdiag to see if it's all there etc. Try running as Administrator?

jollyjack Posted July 3, 2020 Posted July 3, 2020 (edited) try JoyID to see if it has an ID, and USBdeview to remove erroneous drivers Edited July 4, 2020 by jollyjack
