Game connection lost...constantly

I have been having this issue when playing on servers where I get game connection lost. I don't know what the cause of the issue is. I get good FPS and my connection is solid, this is happening on multiple servers.

 

Please advise.

Could be you are at the threshold of the ping limit and spikes in your ping are getting you kicked from the server. Used to happen to me a lot on KOTA.
