Green image, everywhere

I'm not sure if it's a Il 2 sturmovik bug, but it happens only with this flight simulator 

I have a greenish image, right from the beginning, when I open the game 

Already tested every other games, flight simulators, no issues 

Could anyone advice me what to do, please?

The Entire game is tinted green, or are you seeing green squares or pixels?

 

Do you have any reshade or graphical mods loaded?

I don't have any reshade or some graphical mods ( i have the clouds mod )

Yes, the Entire game is tinted green.

I tried with mods disabled also, no go

 

I uninstalled the game ( I have a full backup, just in case ) and reinstalled again

When i lower the resolution, it's okay but with 3840 x 2160 it's green

Maybe the nVidia driver is the culprit, I don't know...

 

LE : I tried again with 3840 x 2160 but i disabled full screen and it's working.

Does it affect the performance if I leave without full screen ??

I think full screen is usually better performance but a few patches ago it was the reverse so who knows? Is it running smooth for you?

I found the issue : hdmi 4 input on the TV

For some reason, there is a conflict, 60hz vs 120Hz ( non chroma subsampling ) 

Now, with HDMI 1, it's working ok, full screen, 4k resolution
