Sent plane as a gift, how to recall if person already has that plane

Hi All,

I have just purchased a second copy of the U2SV and sent it as a gift to a friend, but that friend has already purchased the aircraft. They have not used the license key that was sent out with the gift aircraft notification. Is there a way to reset the gift and send it to another friend instead who does not have this plane?

Sorry, but there is not. Just tell the other person who to send it to. They can be sent two times before being locked. We had to create some reasonable restrictions due to fraud.

Thanks both,

I made a Request ticket as suggested above and the IL2 team put the license key back into my list and I was able to send to another email. This request was taken care of within 20 minutes of me making the ticket. great service!!

Jason, once it was sent once, the option to send is greyed out, you can still see the item in the license key list but can not send it a second time.

Hi Rob,

The person that you send it to would have the option to send it on to some one else. 

The original gifter loses the option to send it on once gifted to someone.

 

Good to here that you got such prompt service from the IL2 team.
