There's a lot of room for improvement - your shooting is not very effective nor accurate. You should know your opponent tank's weak spot. Especially
when you encounter some Shermans. Their weak spot is the lower flank and the rear of the engine compartment.

 

And if you encounter enemy tanks, stay on the move, only stop for a good shot. Don't approach the Sherman when he's shooting at you, because the
closer you get, the more effective will be his shots. Your advantage with the Tiger is the strong armour and above all your 8.8 gun, which allows you
to engage enemies from a larger distance, whereas the Sherman's effectiveness of his main gun is far inferior at long distance.
