What´s next after Tobruk?

Any plans for the times after Tobruk?

I mean Tunisia and Malta perhaps Sicily would be the consequent next steps. Would allow also a leaning across the channel in 1942/43 including Operation Jubilee (Dieppe) and Unternehmen Cerberus (Scharnhorst, Gneisenau, Prinz Eugen) including the intro of the Fw 190 both for the Med and NW-Europe.

I think if they go on to TF 6.0, it will very likely focus on 1942 and they’ll probably add later versions of aircraft already in the game like Bf-109G-2, Spitfire Vc, and Carrier aircraft like Spitfire, Hurricane modifications and Fairey Swordfish.
It could be like this, map wise:

Malta map (1940-42)

Channel map (for 1942 ops)

Bay of Biscay map (1940-42)

Maybe in later modules they may add Greece, Algeria, Syria, Egypt, Norway/Scotland maps.

For aircraft, I don’t really mind if the only new bombers (which are entirely new to the game or become flyable in 6.0 and are Not variants to other aircraft already in the game) are the:

Sunderland

SM.79
CANT Z 1007

Fw-200 (maybe)

I really hope that they can look into fixing the night environment in the game, and hope that the module after 5.0 is Ten times more fun.

Cheers.

Later modules?  You'll be lucky if you live long enough to see the next module.

I feel that notion also applies to 1CGS making a Pacific Battle:dance:

At least you’ll get some sort of new modules in your lifetime from 1CGS.

There seems a lot of wishful thinking surrounding TF 5.0. Once released would there be full time support or support when and as RL responsibilities permit?

I think 1CGS - the owner of both products -  cares more about Caliber and their partnership with Wargaming.net then they do about either of their CFS. Otherwise, maybe the TF guys wouldn't still be part time after signing the papers 3 1/2 yrs ago, and the BOX guys wouldn't constantly be under the gun as a small team, even after 4 chapters of the title and a 5th on the way. But hey - I don't work there....

All of the maps listed by the posters are possibilities.... as well as others...  but nothing has been decided.

The Sunderland and FW-200 are unlikely as flyables in the near future.... not unless TF 5.0 is a big success and even then would be a couple modules down the line.

Nothing will happen if the game is not successful.
