Business model and relese?

The search turned up nothing useful, maybe someone can point me to the right direction.

 

- Are there any news about the upcoming business model of BOS? All I know up to now is that it wont be the same as ROF.

- Is there an update to the release date, yet? It is spring and I don't think the last 55% will be completed in such a short time left.
