Tank Crew Question

So I was wondering, what are the different calibers of the guns on all the different tanks? Also, when I'm in a tank, I have the machine gun that is mounted on the turret, how do I man the one that is mounted on the body of the tank?

The coaxial machine gun is fired from the main gunners position.

The hull mounted machine gun, if fitted, is fired from the radio operator/machine gunner position. You need to take control of it with T and shift-T just like the main gun.

The thing I'm having trouble with is actually getting to that position in my tank.

50mm - Panzer III M

76mm - KV-1s, T-34-76, Panzer IV

88mm - Panzer V "Panther", Panzer VI "Tiger"

122mm - SU-122

152mm SU-152

I believe the Ferdinand also has an 88mm

To change positions you use the change seat key that you'd use for changing to the gunner in a plane. I think the default is Lctrl + C. You can also use specific keys to change to different positions, I think the keybind is called like "switch to commander, gunner, driver, etc." You want to use the radioman command or go into the radioman's seat which is usually the hull Gunner's seat. Fro there use T and Lshift + T to use the gun like you use for the main cannon.

Edit: I fucked up those calibers hardcore lol, thanks for correcting me.

That is because you don't own TC. Without TC you are only able to man those two default tanks, which are the T34 and the Panzer III.

These default tanks are some kind of simplified concerning the crew positions - hope I didn't talk bullshit.

No it's fine, just was wondering what was happening, thanks for letting me know, didn't know you had to own TC to do that.

If you already seperated the Panther and Panzer IV, you might aswell seperate the Tiger and Ferdinand, as they also had different guns

KwK36 for the Tiger and the KwK43 for the Ferdinand.
