You can already do this on Stalingrad, Kuban and Rhineland map (although no jungle):

Choose "Transport" scenario and then either resupply or rescue (behind enemy lines). The problem is we do not have suitable planes. The U-2 and Ju-52 (low fuel)  have good stol performance
