Phantom Skin Appearance

For some reason, a  skin still appears when different modified skin is chosen.

First image is skin that was modified to have an all yellow nose and prop with white band behind prop.

Second image is how it shows in game, The original skin was deleted. So why does it still show up?

Hi,

 

There are two parts on any skins for the prop spinner : one for when it's static and one for when it's rotating (generally blurrier). Here, it might be because you only changed the "static" part on the skin (it shows yellow in the hangar, black while flying).
