80 years ago today, the Batlle for Malta began:

 

"The Regia Aeronautica attacks Malta with 141 bombers and 79 fighters, catching the British by surprise and destroying all combat aircraft there except for three Sea Gladiators and prompting the withdrawal of British submarines to Alexandria until anti-aircraft defenses can be augmented. "

So ...  are you suggesting an expansion with breathtaking naval and aerial battles for the sim? Flatttops, torpedoes, Italian aircraft, biplanes, etc? Even the Ohio Tankoiler making his way to the tiny island? Who on Earth could be interested in such a thing?????

 

Maybe, someone will come now to say that this is CLOD territory ... lol

 

I have suggested this expansion so many times that I am bored myself.

 that would entail many new gameplay choices and a deviation from the same old CAS-missions...you really think people might want to try out new exciting gameplay?
