[SOLVED] Center head position is broken

Pressing Numpad 5 centers view but also zooms in. The zooming is annoying and cannot be stopped.

 

There needs to be an option to disable the zoom or the zooming needs to be removed. The game is unplayable for people like me who use a mouse to look around.

 

EDIT: looks like this is a wider problem. The view system has been changed to snap views across IL-2. It's broken for anyone who uses a mouse, joystick hat or VR to look around.
