Ravencore Javelin worth it?

Hello,

I have just started my adventure with IL2 and I'm looking for a good high class joystick and I really like the Ravencore Javelin and I wanted to ask for a review of someone that already own's one. Does It support IL2 in 100%?

Ravecore Javelin is a OEM version of VKB Gladiator Mk.I joystick, same plastic parts but with cut down electronics and without improvements (gimbal and trigger) of Gladiator Mk.II, neither have contactless sensor in twist rudder axis like in Gladiator.

 

If in your local market don't have better option at least should be not worse than Logitech 3D PRO or Thrustmaster HOTAS X since Javelin use contacless sensor in main axes (X,Y) instead low cost/quality potentiometer of this models.

Yes, their (and Gladiator) buttons profiles is made thinking in IL-2.

BTW - Javelin (and Gladiator) are designed to be used in center position, not at side of keyboard.

Very good joystick for this money. Much better like Thrustmaster T.16000.

I don't use twist. I have pedals. And I use joytokey software for mapping my joy, pedals and throttle.

After two years of using no problems.
