I'm still new to PWCG, so I'm not sure if this is the way it is or if its only from the new release.

The briefing seems to be missing alot of information compared to other missions ie weather, target elevation (critical for level bombers), temperature (so we can estimate our radiator usage), wind report, fighter rendezvous point etc.

If this is the way it is intended, can we please hope for it as a feature request in future? Or is it an issue with this release?

Thanks!

Save for the target elevation, much of this information is present in the PWCG executable, either on the briefing description or on the briefing map:

Thanks, would be great to transfer it to the mission file as well as alt+tab doesn't work properly in full screen mode.

Although some more details than just target alt would be a good addition to match careers briefing:

-temperature (for rads)

-escort meeting point (not very important, just nice to have)

-wind at altitude (for bomb sight)

-target alt (for bomb sight)

The target altitude is the only one I'm really really missing in my bomber campaign. Temperatures and wind speeds you get from different gauges and reports during the flight, but target altitude is a pain in the butt.

I second that it would be great to have all the info available in the mission file as well. For that added immersion...

It's a good idea.  As pointed out the information exists.  I just have to get it onto the chalk board.
