Could developer please release small maps like Lapino

I make small missions for myself and if you could just take a small slice out of the Kuban or Bodenplatte map it would be appreciated. I'd even pay for a map pack of small maps.

Waiting for the BIG maps to load-even with few objects is a PITA.

Something like the Lapino map. Load-Boom- Done.

I started to appreciate the small Lapino map when i was working on a Panther skin. The tanks can't be used in the Skin viewer and every time we test skins we have to start a mission. That little, Lapino map loads very fast. 

  I probably loaded that map a thousand times to get that skin done.

 

So I agree with your proposition. We could use some smaller dogfight maps.

Been awhile since I loaded up IL2. Have the Developers ever released a small map for Western Europe for small single mission testing?

I don't want to load a nearly all of Western Europe just to see some of my handiwork.

I cant think of a single forum where you been positive or helpful. And this goes back to Silent Hunter 4 , Rise of Fight (you knew absolutely nothing about the cockpit views in that sim)...

I'm not exactly sure what my involvement at Subsim.com or ROF cockpit views has to do with the question here, so what exactly about my response above was out of line? No, there has never been a downscaled map of Rhineland made, and nothing has ever been said that they plan to do so.
