so we have a better zoom in game now and thats great but as a pimax user i have to run parallel projections so when i zoom in i dont see double is this the same for you other pimax users ?

when i used the zoom mod i didn't have to use parallel projections because the mod had its own convergence adjuster therefor my fps was much better,

so devs please are you able to put some kind of convergence adjuster in game like the mod  so us pimax users dont have to take a fps hit

Same experience here since the mod became unserviceable - closing one eye is all I can do to use the zoom without headache

They know all about it.  They pulled a rabbit out of the hat to get things working for us with this most recent hotfix, and they know all about the issues with canted displays.  Jason acknowledged this in a dev thread and said the team will look at it next week.  How they may do this remains to be seen.  It might be an easy correction or it could be a very complex issue that takes away from development of other more pressing priorities.  He promised nothing.  I'm only emphasising this because he did not expressly say it would be fixed or that it would be easily done.  Just that his team would look.

I do not understand clearly has a mod this reference example, they do not learn to use, the mod F9 ipd adjustment Is not the best answer? (They can be avoided under a different angle of VR added Shihai take time to adjust)

The mod is not presently available.  The aim was to fix zoom in game so that mod would not be needed.  They may look at fixing convergent zoom in future but for the time being, use parallel projections.

It's not ideal but they just fixed issues for a majority of VR users - and that's extraordinary.  Adjusting convergence when zoomed may come in the future when they can devote time to it.

thanks man i wasn't too sure if the devs knew about this problem or not so just wanted it to get seen the devs seem to really work fast to fix things so i hope they can help us pimax users out with the zoom convergence
