Sonntagskind Posted May 29, 2020 Posted May 29, 2020 Hi there, it may be a stupid question, but since the latest update I seem to be missing the targeting circle which used to appear in the commanders position. Without the little white/red circle, How do I assign a target to my gunner? How do I assign a moving point for my driver? Any help would be much appreciated...

Hi i have never saw such circle, its probably part of the HUD, which is part of the difficulty settings or technochat which im not using. In commander position you can only guess where is the point, so its absolutelly unusable unfortunately 1

After turning on object markers, the circle was there. Strange, I thought it had been there previously without object markers on. Anyway, I wished there was some kind of a reticle permanently to assign a waypoint or a target to your driver or gunner, respectively... I totally agree, without it, the "move to point" command is quite useless... Edited June 8, 2020 by Hermod Yesterday I found that it is enough to turn navigation markers on to make the little targetting circle appear once the command menu is opened. 2
Maple_X Posted June 1, 2020 Posted June 1, 2020 (edited) Hit I-key. The targeting circle appears with lower-left instrument panel. I suppose object markers may be off. Edited June 1, 2020 by Maple_X
Blitzen Posted June 8, 2020 Posted June 8, 2020 Will someone tell me the significance of the white circle that moves faster than the 'real"sight? Also I see a red circle from time to time as well.I think I know what these indicate but no real info...
Goosevich Posted June 9, 2020 Posted June 9, 2020 White circle is just your mouse cursor, and the red (small) one activated by tilde (~ (default)) is your tool to give orders to the AI.
